Mark your calendar for Thursday, February 24.  The elementary will be hosting a Health and Safety Night from 5:30-7:30.  Seven different sessions are being offered through community support.  The sessions include Hands Only CPR by the American Heart Association, Internet Safety by Crossroads of Pella (4th-6th grade), Nutrition by Iowa State Extension, Fire Safety by Bussey Fire, Tractor Safety by Twin Cedars FFA, Yoga by Cairn Yoga and Wellness, and Stranger Safety (PK-2).  Marion County Sheriff's department will also be on hand.  We will  have a fake germ and hand-washing station. Supper will be provided and books will be given away.  Hope to see everyone!
