Congratulations to three Twin Cedars juniors who signed on for apprenticeships through WorkSmart Connector and Pella Career Academy yesterday! Teagan McDanel: Construction, Braxton Davis: Welding, and Angel Bingham: Patient Care.

The 10th graders had a great time at Build My Future yesterday at the State Fairgrounds! This is a great event with many hands-on activities for students to try!

The Jr. High track meet at Melcher Dallas today has been canceled.

Kindergarten surprised Mrs. Roby with birthday cards, a crown, lots of hugs and, of course, "The Birthday Boogie."

The 10th grade class will be attending Build My Future on Wednesday, April 17th at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. Students should wear long pants and closed-toe shoes for the event. Lunch and safety gear is provided.

The varsity co-ed track meet at Melcher Dallas today is being canceled due to the potential for bad weather.

Twin Cedars Baseball will be doing an Alumni Game on May 10th at 5:30pm. Twin Cedars high school boys' and girls' track teams will be competing in Centerville for the Moravia meet on Monday, April 15. Come down and cheer on the Sabers!

These students represented Twin Cedars well in Wednesday's Bluegrass Conference Academic Bowl. They finished fourth, due to point totals but tied for third in matches won. Congratulations, Lizzy, Amelia, Katra, Tyler, Kadyn and Kaden!

Congrats to TC Varsity boys' track team for a great night at Chariton! Joangel earned 1st in the 2 mile and 2nd in the mile. Noah earned 2nd place with his PR of 19'9'' in long jump! Wyatt had PRs in shot and discus, and several relay teams also medaled! Way to go, Sabers!

After learning about vowels and consonants kindergarten took their learning outside. Using chalk they drew and wrote who they were and circled the vowels in their name😀
