Registration for ALL students will open on June 7

Are you registering new students or existing students?

New Students

NEW student registration means you do not have ANY children currently enrolled in the Twin Cedars Community School District.


Complete the online registration by clicking this link.

  • Enter your parent/guardian information and click "Begin Registration"
  • Enter and verify that all information is correct for your household, parents and emergency contacts.
  • Add students to be enrolled in the student section.

Click next to continue on to the next section. If any required information is not completed, it will not let you click next to go on to the next screen.

You will be sent an email when your application is approved with a link to sign up for your Parent Portal account, fees can be paid in this portal.

Existing Students

EXISTING student registration means you currently have students attending Twin Cedars Community School District. NOTE: You can add new students, such as preschool or kindergarten here.


The primary parent/guardian is the account that can complete online registration.

  1. Log in through your Parent Portal. If you do not have a Parent Portal login, contact trenaud@twincedarscsd.org. If you have forgotten your Infinite Campus password, please use the "forgot password" option on the bottom of the Infinite Campus parent portal login page. If you still cannot get logged in, please contact trenaud@twincedarscsd.org for additional help.
  2. Click on "More", then click on "Online Registration".
  3. Select the year you are registering for, then click "Begin Registration".
  • Please review and verify that all information is correct for your household, parents and emergency contacts.
  • Review existing student enrollments.
  • Add additional students to be enrolled in the student section.

Click next to continue on to the next section. If any required information is not completed, it will not let you click next to go on to the next screen.

Forms

Health Form

This form is required at the time of registration, you will need 1 form for each student. Print this form, fill it out and return it to the school. If you don't have a printer paper copies will be available at the school.

Registration Fee Waiver Form

Fill out this form if you receive free or reduced lunches to reduce or waive Registration fees

Medication Form

Fill out this form if your child takes medication that needs to be taken at school.

Media Release Form

Please fill out this form to give permission for your child to use the Internet and usage of your child's photo in print or online Media. One form per child.

Concussion Form

This form needs to be signed by a Parent/Guardian for each student once a year.

Transportation Form

This form needs filled out, 1 per household, if your child stays at different households on different days/weeks each househould needs to fill one out.

Home Language Survey

This form needs to be filled out for new students to the district.

Athletic Forms

There are 3 forms in this pdf, Concussion, Physical, and Consent for Treatment. These need to be filled out once a year, on or before the date they expire.
